I couldn't edit my prior post, but my 2004 Z06 with 23000 miles had no issues, then I put on 17" CCW's and Hoosiers, and in one lap at Infineon both service t/c and abs prompts came on and a few laps, power was cut momentarily. I have now put the stock wheels on and all codes are gone. I used this same set-up on my 2001 Z06, and no issues. Any ideas?mddpm

Yep, do a search. This is a common problem when guys try to run the same size rims all the way around.
that shouldn't of been a surprise, the Active Handling system needs to see different overall diamaters - comparing the fronts to the rears. Some going to same size rims F/R will chose different front/rear tire sidewall heigth... to give the AH system a valid "difference".
Whoever sold you the rims should of told you the possible problems when going with the same wheel diameters on F/R on a C5 that has the AH system.
Much appreciated advice---cannot get the old car back since it caught fire and was a total loss. Must be that this 2004 is more sensitive to the overall diameter. I am going to purchase a pair of fronts different sidewall and if it fixes the problem will list the almost unused front tires. As always, the Forum comes through.mddpm
