I PULLED THE CODES AND THIS IS WHAT I GOT:
40-BCM B2647 H C
58-SDM U1096 H (Loss of Communications with IPC)
99-HVAC B0361 H C (Left Actuator Feedback Short to GND)
99-HVAC B0441 H (Left Actuator Out of Range)
A0-LDCM U1096 H (Loss of Communications with IPC)
A1-RDCM U1096 H (Loss of Communications with IPC)
WHAT DOES ALL THIS MEAN?
THANX

Happened to me in my 2001. I disconnected the battery cables and reconnected, everything fine. Didn't clean or touch anything else. I keep battery wrench in the car. When i got the car you had to double switch the light switch to get the lights to come on. Disconnected and reconnected everything fine again. GO FIGURE???

Happened to me at a track event, everything was fine but it wouldn't turn over like the OP stated. I didn't pull codes, wasn't in the place to do so effectively. Tried to clean the contacts for the chip in the key, they were fine. So we attempted to push start the car but it didn't want to run. After the push start I attempted the starter again, it kicked over, ran for 2 seconds, then died. This happened 3 more times. It started and ran fine on the 4 attempt and hasn't happened again. It's been 2 months. If you have the room and ability to do so, try a push start.

it might not be so simple
My wife and I took our 01 coupe on a calm 45 minute drive in the country, we got home and it was her turn to wipe off the bugs while I checked codes just because I had'nt in a week and the car was that new to me- 1 current code for a left front tire sensor.
After a short time I went to pull it in the garage turned the key -nothing- did it again - nothing- released the brake, rolled back a foot, turned the key -wrr clunk-.... thought it was my starter.
Followed the service manual doing the steps before I pulled the starter and eliminated all other posibilities.
Lifted the car on jack and stands and as I was crawling underneath I looked up to see a large hole in the block about where the #5 or #6 rod is on the engines right side
I have been patiently waiting on a new engine and other assorted parts to show up, until then I cannot get it in the shop to tear it down and figure out exactly what happened.
Like I say I do not mean to worry you or any one else I just want you to be aware of the possibility it is not always a simple fix.
