I have just confirmed that the horns on my Corvette have been removed. Along with the horns being removed, the mounting bracket has been removed and the electrical connection has been cut off leaving bare wires. I have found the low and high horn on Gene's web site. Is there a part number for the dual horn mounting bracket and a part number for the horn electrical connection that can be spliced into the wiring harness?
Did you purchase from an individual or dealer?
Dealer - go back to them and make them install. This is a safety issue that is required by law. They will have to install new ones. (At least worth the effort)
Individual - call and see if he has the hardware.
I understand from reading the forum for years that the horn switch in the wheel is able to go bad causing the horn to sound continuously. I wonder if that happened to the previous owner once or twice and he/she decided to "fix it" if so too bad they didn't think to pull the relay or fuse for the thing...
just a heads up, there may have been a reason for it, you may be dealing with a sticking horn switch after you get them replaced.

I never ordered a horn, but according to the parts manual, if you order either High or Low note horn, the mouting bracket is included. So you'll end up with 2 brackets. And there is a part # listed for the connector.
Saw the SAME EXACT horns at Advance. Different connector but you have already lost yours anyway. Bracket is just a piece of thin steel bent in an L shape. Don't pay over 100 bucks for 2 horns.
Find out what the oem horn decibels were before you buy after market horns. I bought generic high and low note horns from a local supply source to install on a project and they really sounded terrible.
But I agree you can probably find something very close to oem and fab up your own brackets for less money.

Mine didnt have horns when I bought it. Can you believe I didnt even think to try and blow it? Anyway, got it home and looked in the fuse box under the hood. No relay for the horn. Plugged in the relay and still no horn. Crawled under and sure enough, no horns. So, instead of paying the STUPID price for horns, I went to the local salvage yard and looked through their milk crates full of horns. Found one horn that had the correct connection for $5.00, took it home, plugged it in and BAM, had a horn (Did have to do the horn fix in the steering wheel though, so that told me why they were taken out). I think the horn I got from the salvage yard was from a 200? Cavalier.
