PCM 0650 code????? No ck eng light, anyone ever get this???

My friends 2003 z06, zero mods

no ck eng light and 0650 code

what would cause this??

There are many "codes" that don't trip the CEL, espicially if they are "H" codes or they only happened 1 time-several SCM's are that way I know, some misfires will set a code but no MIL the first time too.

Steve, I'm putting a check in the mail today. I was able to pull my dash out and fix the HUD; but now it's giving me a new problem.
