hi,sorry for my frenchgich,

i have a companie that restaure or mod corvette www.bruyereperformance.com

am more into c3 but i just purchase c5 1999 convert
i payd 14.000 i couln say no,very very good and fun to drive

i usaly purchase c6 that have crash the mecanic still good i take it to put on a sriii motor sport frame,i have one right now c6 2007

my qwestion is it possible to tranfer the mecanique of the c6 to the c5 like engine,tourk tube,trany and diff whit no modification???

not the supansion or trailling harm just the above

Those things really cannot be changed without some modification. There are differences in the electronics that prevent an engine swap, but it is not that difficult.

I think for the rear end you need to swap the rear cradle with it. It doesn't just bolt up. For the trans, the A6 will not work in a C5 at all without extensive work. The manual trans is probably not as bad, but I don't know.

No need to use the C6 transmission and rear. The C5 is just as good. It is a lot easier to use just the C6 engine (LS2/LS3). As mentioned above there are some proceedures you need to do before the C6 engine will work. Several forum members have done the C6 to C5 engine swap. You can do a serch to see what is involved. how mush power the dirve train can take?
am planning to super charge the LS3,do you think it be ok whit 600hp

or what i have to change,drive shaft,axel,

am not putting sleek,

If the C6 is a 2007 it has the LS2 engine, not the LS3.

You don't say auto or manual but either trans will hold up. If it is a manual the clutch may need upgrading. If you mean you will not be running slicks the rear differential should be o.k. with the C6 engine.
