Those things really cannot be changed without some modification. There are differences in the electronics that prevent an engine swap, but it is not that difficult.
I think for the rear end you need to swap the rear cradle with it. It doesn't just bolt up. For the trans, the A6 will not work in a C5 at all without extensive work. The manual trans is probably not as bad, but I don't know.
No need to use the C6 transmission and rear. The C5 is just as good. It is a lot easier to use just the C6 engine (LS2/LS3). As mentioned above there are some proceedures you need to do before the C6 engine will work. Several forum members have done the C6 to C5 engine swap. You can do a serch to see what is involved. Good Luck eh!
how mush power the dirve train can take?
am planning to super charge the LS3,do you think it be ok whit 600hp
or what i have to change,drive shaft,axel,
am not putting sleek,
thanks for your time
You don't say auto or manual but either trans will hold up. If it is a manual the clutch may need upgrading. If you mean you will not be running slicks the rear differential should be o.k. with the C6 engine.
