Fuel Injector Replacement ??
I have a '00 A4 slightly modded (Vortex, new MAF housing, Hypertech II (without power programing, etc.) Because I've been using fuel additivies, ny mechanic said my fuel filter was all gunked up (replaced it) and my fuel injectors need cleaning. He recommends that I should replace the stock injectors with Bosch 28 lb. injectiors (which the dealer doesn't sell) for better performance. Should I buy them or just clean the stock injectors? Try the Redline fuel system cleaner. That may help. If you aren't planning any major mods in the future I'd try cleaning the injectors first. If you are, go with the 30# injectors. :cheers:
