I had that issue a few weeks ago. It was a blown fuse in the passenger foot well. I pulled the drivers seat in search of a crushed connector (per Bill Curlee). I didn't find anything, but the connectors are on a bracket and located under the seat rail (where they appear to be tweeked over time). I took the connectors off the bracket, removed the bracket, and stored the connectors under the seat instead of under the rail. I've had no issues since I did this. Hope this helps.
