Can CLB be installed after a service column lock code is active?
Hey everyone,
I have been procrastinating the past couple of months to order a CLB for my '02 6spd and unfortunately I got bit by it this afternoon. I have done some searching but I can't seem to find the info on whether I can put the CLB in seeing as how the column is locked up now? Any advice is GREATLY appreciated.

I picked up an '01 last Tuesday and received the dreaded "Service Column Lock" last night. After a few minutes & already jacking the front of the car to move it, it unlocked. I drove it home & ordered the CLB from corvettes of Houston this morning.....
