Default OBX headers are on...strange chirps!!

Well, with a hoist and air tools....I had this done by myself (with help holding the headers up from underneath as I started the bolts) in less than 6 hours. Removed alternator, and both coil packs and spark plugs.
Stock headers came out the top very easily.

OBX passenger side in from the top...took some wrestling.
Driver side from the bottom very easily.

Very close in a couple spots to touching bell housing.

I rewired the connectors onto my rear O2's.

I now have P0140 and 160 codes...no rear O2's....even with the COT on the DIABLO turned to MAX.

HERE's the kicker....what the hell is this chirp?? At 1600rpm at idle and sometimes at other rpms.
Is it the AIR PUMP? Is there a fuse I can pull out or unplug the air pump for the time being??

Thanks

I'm trying to build an audio sound in my head of what you are calling a chirp and all I get are either little birds or tire screech. Can you elaborate a little more?

Thank guys!! The chirp noise was created by blowby on the drivers side steel manifold gasket!
I unbolted the header and sealed it up with Ultra Copper silicone and let it dry overnight!
Now it only makes awesome vroom noises!!

sounds like the header flange is not flat against the head. Are you sure the headers are not touching the bellhousing somewhere?
