E-Brake Pops when engaging...
Hello All,
When I pull up my parking/e-brake handle it sometimes pops, kinda like slips gears. I push the button in when I pull up the lever to reduce gear wear. If I let it click and don't push in the button, it's fine. The e-brake itself holds the car in place, so it's working. I just tackled a leaky left rear seal and the left cable is fine. Haven't checked the right yet.
Has anyone else had this problem? I've searched the forum for a solution, no luck and no TSB's out there. Any fix for this or is my E-Brake mechanism on the way out?
