Procharger Question
Hi Guys,
I have a few questions, before I take the plunge and buy a procharger. I have the basic mods done to my car. Does the program that comes with the pro charge effect any of the mods that have been done to your vehicle? I have short tube headers, ported throttle body, I have also had superchips build me a program for my vehicle, which I assume I need to download the factory settings back into the car. Thanks for the help!

The program that comes with the kit will cover some of the basic mods such as exhaust work. A custom program would be recommended for a car that had extensive mods such as heads/cam. Actually at that point the Tuner kit would be recommended. You will need to bring your computer back to stock before installing the new tuning.

The rep at ATI told me that the loader that comes with the package is for a STOCK C5. If you have mods, and if you order from ATI, they can customize the loader to whatever mods you have. Of course you'll have to pay retail for the unit. It may be cheaper to go with a vendor and have a custom tune.
