Please :blueangel: I'm intrested in this set of wheels and tires for sale, and I was wondering were these wheels made for the c5 or not. I asked the seller and he was told that they were. I called American Racing Wheel and asked them and they said they currently had no wheel that would fit the c5 and that they discontinued these wheels a couple of years ago. What do you guys think? Thanx for your help. Aslo is his price a good deal or what? Also shoud I just order a custom made set of rears only form ccw for $700 those would be 17x12 which John recomends over the 17x11 for 315 drag radials?:chevy
The four wheels are ARE LeMans front 17x9.5, rear 17X11. Mounted on wheels are Comp TA ZRs, 275/40 on front (brand new) and 315/30 on rear (drag radials 90% new).
I bought these from a forum member who had them on his F-Body. I have his pics I could email you.
Price is $1400 firm.
Those are low end wheels. Is there a reason you want to downgrade to a 17" rear wheel? Save your money unless you are specifically looking for some thrasher drage wheels?

You got it, these only serve the purpose of drag racing, his price is including pretty much new drag radials and front tires which are worth $600 alone. :)
if they were on a fbody the backspcing will be less than 7.75" (about the same as a gs wheel) how much less than 7.75 is the 64$ question. (you wouldnt want much less than 7.75" backspacing on an 11" wheel for a c5)
get him to measure the backspacing befor you decide.
17x11's should be fine for 315 tires. I have 18x11's running 335's and they are fine for drag racing. However, I would not recommend 335's on 11 inch wide rims for Racing on the street, autocrossing, or for an oval track...not optimal setup, but works great for drag racing.
In any case, 17x11's for 315's should be fine.
