seat lumbar
Thanks
133 pages on just the seat alone and most of the first 100 are electrical related. Are there any DTCs coming in? I would check the pump to see if it is blowing any air out.
The the manual steps check to verify power to the pump and then if the pump runs check for damage to the lumbar hoses and bladders.
It's very easy to get the seat covers off to the point of exposing the bladders, so you could check 'em for leaks and / or replace them. I did the blood pressure cuff "mod" on mine and have thoroughly enjoyed it! After I saw how cheaply made those bladders where, and how much freakin' $$$ they cost
, it was a no-brainer to use the BP cuffs. I've loved it so much on my side of the car that I went out and bought some more cuffs to do the passenger seat as well!
BTW, I'm a skinny guy (6' tall and 135 lbs soakin' wet) and the OEM lateral support bladders didn't inflate large enough to fit me. The adult-sized BP cuffs have no such problem! Here's a link to the writeup that I used - shows seat cover removal steps too: http://forums.corvetteforum.com/c5-g...ters-pics.html
When I did mine, the cuffs that I got had longer hoses attached to them than did the ones in the post. I was able to remove them and just attach the original hoses directly to the nipples on the cuffs. This allowed for better routing of air lines - if your lines are too long, they can get pinched under seat padding, etc. and won't properly inflate the new bladders.
Hope this helps you some.

Thanks
[Edit:] You don't have to take the seat covers off all the way. You just fold the back part down into the seat bottom and this exposes the bladders and hoses.
