Remove air pump ? what happens ?
Hi every0ne, i just got my Silver TT that i bought from SW :-)
And new heads, cam LS6 intake is on its way from LPE along with a
PCM upgrade for my car.
I was wondering what happens if i just ripped out all this airpump
system, any errors on DIC ?
I know it is there to get a cleaner exhaust during the first two minutes after starting the car.
Anyone with insight on this ?

I have removed the AIR Pump before and just blocked it off. The car runs fine, but just throws codes. The codes can be programmed out by a tuner or LS1 Edit. :cheers:
