Compression Test Throttle Body Position
With the throttle-by-wire setup, is it necessary to manually prop open the throttle body when doing a compression test? I will be using a remote starter, fuel pump disabled, and ignition key in the OFF position.

It definitely makes compression with the throttle body in it's base position. But is the compression reading affected by not having the throttle body wide open? Is there a right and a wrong way to hold the TB open? I don't want to mess up the TPS.
