update on a/c not cooling

I posted earlier about my a/c not cooling. oat sensor went out and car quit cooling. replaced sensor and still not cooling. Earlier I said that there werent any codes but i was mistaken. Here are the following codes that I have
0333-outside air temp sensor open
0361- left actuator feedback short to ground
0367-right actuator feedback open

my bad, the codes had an H at the end of them meaning history. just checked codes again and nothing current

the only thing i have been able to find online is maybe the orifice tube is clogged. its not dripping water when the a/c is on. freon is ok, had that checked yesterday.
