I replaced my plugs today with Ac 41-110 and the replaced the wires with GMPP red wires. Its an 01 vert, 30K miles, it has Halltech cold air intake, headers, TriFlow cat back exhaust, and a mild? cam. I bought it 2 months ago from an estate auction so I do not know what other work it has had done to it or what the spedcs are on the cam. I had it tuned right after buying it and it dyno'ed at 380 rwhp on a 107 degree day. The tuner re-tuned? the computer to what he thought it should be and only did the one dyno run. I changed the wires because it had the stock black ones and I figured I might as well change the plugs also. Well after changing them it now runs rough and sounds like it has a BAD miss when I accelerate hard. If I slowly accelerate it doesn't seem as bad but either way it has a miss that I can hear and feel. I checked the codes before I changed the plugs and there was only 1 history code for the HVAC B0361 H -LEFT ACTUATOR SHORT TO GRD...I started and it seemed to drive fine for about 2 miles then started missing. When I got back home about 15 miles later I checked the codes and it additional to the HVAC code there is a code for A1 RDCM (Right Door Conbtrol Module) U1064 H - Loss of Communication to BCM (Body Control Module). Any ideas? Checked as best I could with it hot all the plug and coilpac connections and seemed fine.
Burp the air out of the coil wires & make sure that there is a good connection at both ends of all the wires. If problem is still there, you have a cracked plug (porcelan)
Are they the proper plugs that you installed in your engine? Good luck.
I always use the spark plug boot lube. You can get it at the auto parts store. I'm sure you have a plug or coil connection that's not made completely. Just because the wires are new there still could be a chance that one of the wires has an internal break. Check connections first.
I did use the di-electric grease on the wires and anti-seize on the plugs. Finally after it cooled down I started checking all the wires and of course the boot on the rear driver side was not fully seated. Took her out and she runs like a champ. Thanks for the replies. Now to get started on painting the hood liner.

....when my '02 started missing exactly as yours, we found that same location boot/plug connection was not making full contact...I believe it is the #7 plug....my tuner told me that is the hardest plug connection to seat properly..
