The max CFM a NA motor can flow is it's displacement at red line with 100% VE. Do the calculation and see what it comes out to be.

I don't know what the maximum Pressure Drop can be at say, 100% Volumetric Efficiency

Doesn't matter ... why do you need to know the max pressure drop?

And exactly where do you think this max pressure drop is happening and when?

What are you trying to figure out? Like I said before, the worst case max CFM is the engine's displacement at redline with 100% VE. Most NA engines can't actually achieve 100% VE, but some come close.

he is looking at duration @ .00 and most today use duration @ .050 so it looks a lot bigger. 294 @ .050 would not work at all on the street. It would rough idle at 1600 RPMs, lol. my race car has a 28x/29x @ .050 with a 102 LSA in a 327. it never idles though. and it's a carb.
