Exhaust Purchase Advice
Hello All...
Had my 1999 MN6 Coupe on the lift today to find the rattle I'd made a video about three weeks ago... It's the main pipe, my Cat's up to the axle back joint.
What I'm hoping to find is not a "which is loudest", "which has most drone" - but a best value / bang for my buck exhaust replacement.
I intend on keeping the stock headers [since I just don't feel like going through the additional pain{cost} of having those replaced] and replace from that main manifold flange, back.
I don't track, drag or autocross my car. It's also not a garage queen, I love driving. I've heard Borla Stinger & B&B Bullet on a Z06, and 01 A4 roadster.
My primary concern, is to still pass emissions in Ontario, Canada.
I'd love to hear what you've got for a setup, cat's etc... Online stores to be weary of etc?
Regretfully, I'm in Orlando during Corvettes of Carlisle, so that won't be an option for me.

Right from the stock manifold back... My Cat's are stock & rattling, and in need of replacement. That entire section off the manifold right back through the tips is what I need.

I believe you have two decisions to make:
1. Stock Cats/H pipe, or after market cats (& Headers?)/X pipe?
2. Stock, or after market cat back?
Of course stock is a guaranteed pass on emmisions, not sure about cost.
