Blackwing Installed

I installed my blackwing today, I haven't had a chance to try it out,am I suppose to do an idle relearn? :cheers:

It should relearn on its own just by driving it. :seeya

you can I did on my blackwing on an 2002 I did last month. turn the key to on not start then you need to pull the 16 and 23 fuses from the engine compartment. turn key to off replace fuses then start car allow to heat up to at least 176 degree and let run for 5 minutes then turn car off for 30 seconds then start engine make sure there is no engine codes and go ahead and drive the car for at least 30 mile and your done. you could what and it will learn just takes a lot longer. good luck :cheers:

I installed a Blackwing on my MN6 a few weeks ago and did not do the idle relearn. So far so good. I've heard it may be a good idea for an A4 to prevent surging. A search in the archives should yield more info.
