E3 spark plugs? And plug wires?
I've heard allot of buzz about the new e3 spark plugs. Was wondering if anyone has them and what they think about them? I know several shows on speed have been raving about them!
Also was wondering what you guys though about the aftermarket spark plug wires out there? I was thinking the MSD super comp 8.5's. What you guys like and where's the best place to buy em? I.e the best price!

Wow! $68 for NGK TR 55's and the MSD wires? Great deal!

Why do you reccommend the AC Delco's over the NGK's? I've heard better reviews about the TR 55's. Anyone running the NGK TR 55 IX's? Whats the difference?
Anyone have good bad experience with the MSD wires?

Not sure how you jump from and MSD to a lesser wire and an iridium to a platinum but what ever. The MSD is a better wire and is guaranteed for life vs defects from me. The plugs are a wash although the iridium is more expensive but I offer a better deal on them. You have your choice of red or black with the MSD as well and we offer free 2nd day air delivery in them as well.

But with over 10,000 wires made in the past few years I do know a thing or two about spark plug wires.

A voice of reason, in an unreasonable world. Please note, this post was made 4 months ago, and since then, you have shown me the error of my ways (thank God)
....Please make your spark plug/wires recommendation, and then I'll PM the mods, so they can make it a sticky!
Superior EMI suppression combined with the lowest loss and the added heat protection of the silicone and the multi-angle functionality has pr oven time and time again to be the best choice. If someone wants to use another wire then that is their prerogative but there isn't a wire on the market at or around the same cost offering the same.
We just happen to combine it with plugs to offer the best deal on the planet.
As for "gimic" plugs, the multi-electrode design is okay if you're looking for a plug that has multiple paths, but remember, the spark will only arc to one electrode at a time, not multiple. A dual electrode would be about the only style I would suggest; found this style in several motorcycle applications and they seem to perform well, but never tested them myself.
I have heard of a plug called "Pulsar" or something. I'm kinda curious about it, but most likely it's a gimic like the rest.
Focus on a plug with a fine electrode, this helps to create a 'concentrated' spark. Using an oscilloscope I have seen fine electrode plugs respond well to a slight increase in gap such as .005-.010" over previous setting without drawing any additional power from the coils, and the pattern was smoother.
Anyways, any plug will work, just get what you're comfortable with.
