After receiving my tinted light set for the C5 today, I decided to install them. Everything seemed fine until I checked the outboard tail lights. After installing them, the two inboard lights completely light up (both the center and the "halo" portion). The two outboard lights, however, do not. On the two outboard lights, the "halo" lights up and the centers only flash when a turn signal, hazard, or braking action is performed. I've attached a quick cellphone pic below...
I attempted to swap lights and harnesses and even inverted the harnesses and those two lights work the same regardless of position. It is almost as if I was sent two lights with the "halo" mod and two without. Do you guys think this is the case or is it more likely some form of install or wiring issue?

I'd say you got a pair of modded lights and a pair that's not. However the plugs will go in either way but usually they wont light at all if the connector is backwards. Try flipping the connector over on the "modded" light and see if it works like the normal light.
