My clutch engages and disengages very low to the floor, but I noticed when I let it up its not coming back up the whole way. I can pull it back further and it comes back in place.
Also I'm hardly able to get into any gear while engine is running with clutch fully pushed in.

There is a TON of info on this on the forums. Sounds like you are due for new hydraulics. you can try flushing/replacing the fluid, but its usually too late for that by the time things are failing.
I went through all this with my 98. Ended up solving it with an adjustable master and a new slave.

Yep, I found the threads about it. I will flush/bleed it first, and then if it does it again just replace the master & slave. Thanks.
I too believe it is the master. I tested this problem ALOT. I think the master fails and begins putting debris in the fluid. Then if you dont fix it soon enough the debris wears the seal in the slave.
What convinced me of this was after I put in the Mcleod adjustable master(and my 3rd slave) it began to happen again. Fortunately the Mcleod is rebuildable, so I was able to disassmble it and inspect it. I found the plunger seal in the master worn out(I bought it used). I honed the master and replaced the plunger. Put it back together with fresh fluid and it ran perfect from then on (several thousand miles including many hot track days).

Thanks for information replaced clutch master with a Ram Master, which I think is actually made by Mcleod. Also bled hydraulic line through slave cylinder bleeder completely. Seems to be better then ever for now, time will tell.
