Depends on what you want to do with it. For optimal handling have the shop put on factory specs throughout; then have them lower the car to one half inch lower than stock front and rear.
For your lowered car it might need to go up a bit.
Might not have the look you want and that is a different story. If the car is just for static parked looks just have it aligned standard and lower it til it looks good to you regardless.
