Default Header Question

I have a stock 2001 coupe except for a Blackwing and Borla exhaust. I am getting a good deal on a set of headers and I'm wondering how much louder it will be and if this will give me anymore power that you can tell.

Thanks,
Russell

Will it be louder? Yes. How much louder....how does one describe this? Perhaps if you hooked up with a local forum member, or attended a local cruise night to listen. Youtube is also a resource to hear C5's with various exhaust configurations.

Volume wise it will definetely be louder, but not much. What you will notice more is the different tone, which will be deeper and more powerful sounding. It does sound great. After getting a tune done after the header install, you will feel a hp improvement in the butt meter. ECS can do a mail order adjustment to your tune to take advantage of the headers full potential.
