Default Fixed SWPS, but no power

I changed out my steering wheel position sensor today. I have a 2002 convertible with telescopic steering wheel. I was able to pull the steering column out enough to change the swps without disconnecting most of the wires. Now I'm not throwing any codes.

However, now my telescopic wheel and my drivers seat don't work. I checked all the connections to make sure nothing was pulled loose and everything seems fine. I did notice a plug that has nothing plugged into it and there aren't any loose wires hanging. On the cross bar that runs under the steering column there are 5 wire bundles attached to it. The second one is the yellow one for the air bag. There is a four prong plug next to it that has nothing plugged into (it is in the center of all the plugson the bar). Anyone know if that plug is my problem (even though I can't see a loose corresponding plug) or if that is for a feature that my car might not have????

Found it. It was just the #4 fuse. Still don't know what the empty plug is for.
