Quick question (i hope)...can i use the engine wiring harness from an '05 vette with an LS1?

Appreciate your input.

Not without some adaptation. Knock sensors and cam position sensor are in the wrong location.

Too vague of a question. If the intention is to use the harness in a C5, the answer is no. The differences are significant, right down to the PCM connectors.

If the intention is to use in another vehicle, then you would be better off purchasing an aftermarket harness.
