Default Problem with ACA HID lights

Occasionally my driver side HID light wont light up when turned on. It did it last night. Last time was a few weeks ago. After driving for 20 minutes and twisting the light switch it popped on. Could this be a lazy relay/ballast?? The lights have only been driven on for 2 months. So kit is new. Oh, also to mention, sometimes my passenger side light will go yellowish and sorta change colors like a kaliedascope. Not liking problems here on a new kit from June. My car was down for 7 weeks doing clutch and trans R & R so the lights have maybe 100 hours on them night driving. Any thoughts?

Derek

I had the same problem with mine. Check the connectors I had one going to the ballast on the passenger side that was not making a good connection. I replaced that and have not had a problem since.

Checked every connection. All looked good at the headlamps... but the nut on the main power connection at the fusebox was a bit loose. I could turn the power wires on their eyelets. Tightened the nut down good. Will drive for a few days and report back.
