Car is under the knife...
Well the weekend has arrived and my car is officially apart. Adding Heads, Cam, Ported Throttle Body, Pulley, Headers, and X-Pipe.
My brother just called me to say that it's about 60% apart. The fun part comes tomarrow, when we (or should I say he) installs the new stuff.

Well it's almost done... Only thing left to do is to recharge the AC and do some welding on the Headers. Total time from tear down to engine starting was about 10hrs.
Not too bad for a first time H/C install. :D Gotta give all the credit to my brother who was willing to give it a shot. :cheers:
Car sounds awesome at idle (still needs custom programming) and even better at high RPM's. Haven't driven it yet as we have to wait til Monday to get the exhaust finished. Car started right up and didn't stall.

Well it was drivin for the first time today... From what my brother told me it's a night and day difference. Rip your head off fast and the sound is so sweet.
Smokes the tires through the gears.
Now all I need is a good dyno tune, I hope LS1edit is out soon.
