Weird shifting problems
Well here I was driving along I-95 when the car in front of me hit a small piece of tire which i hit with my front tire and then hit somewhere under the car. Pretty muchvimmediately after that a faint grinding noise started coming from the shifter area. I slowed down and noticed that the noise only happens when in 5th or 6th gear. Later I stopped and noticed that even though the shifter goes into Reverse, the car is still in Neutral (reverse lights wont even come on). I have no idea what might have happened. Any ideas?
