Default Interior Air Temperature Sensor

My ac will only blow warm air, and was charged not too long ago. I decided to try and replace the cheap little interior and exterior sensors before getting it recharged and checked for leaks. I figure its a 97 and it cant hurt to change these sensors anyways.

My display is out, so i cant tell if it is reading correctly for outside or not. I'm just pokin n hopin.

Anyone have a little advice on replacing the interior one? I found a couple write ups on the exterior one. Searched, but didnt find much on interior one.

Thanks.

Certainly up to you, if you don't mind changing good parts, and wasting money. Why not troubleshoot?

Post your codes:

Default Don't use the change it till you find the bad part approach

Just because your AC was recently charged doesn't mean it still is. A slow leak usually at a connector might have leaked out your freon.
Go with guages FIRST. I seriously doubt the temp sensors are bad or are causing your problem.

Well, for 11 dollars in parts and the chance to learn something new on my corvette, why not?
I'll post codes when I get out of class.

I always learned more through troubleshooting, because you have understand how everything works, and then isolate to a component level.

To each their own. Good luck.

No codes relating to hvac are current. Only one relating to hvac is old having to do with an actuator. And it's not that, both passenger and driver and the same.
