CD Changer - Options?
I recently purchased a '97 coupe. The trunk mounted CD changer worked fine with one CD loaded, but as soon as I loaded more, it jammed. As many as 3 CD's and one tray were jammed in the player section. I was able to get the magazine out by sliding a piece of carboard down the front, and then I pulled the changer out of the car and got the jammed CD's out. Tried again with the same result. I now have one CD loaded and playing, but it's getting a little old! This is not important enough to spend $600 on a new unit, but I'm wondering if any other brands (such as the Pioneer which is on Amazon used for 99 bucks) will work with the existing harness and head unit?
