I have changed the radiator , water pump ,thermostat ,hoses are not collapsing changed engine temp sensor burped the system.Fans are coming on , I have also ran the fans on full time. Car will not over heat on idle or low speed driving. The car overheats on highway driving or if i hold down the gas at 3000 rpm when parked. Blocked catalityc??? I have no coolant loss or white smoke or mixing happening. Any ideas???

How hot is it getting? Do you have bubbles forming in the reservoir tank when running at 3000. Possible that exhaust gas is entering the system. If you suspect that may be happening there is a test kit you can buy that will test for this.
BigGun my car is located at the moment in my parents house in Greensboro NC, any vette shops in NC ?
The only one I have worked with is Carolina Auto Masters in Durham. They know vettes inside and out. I think there are several near the coast. You might ask in the regional section and get some more suggestions.
Are you sure that you car is over heating ? Could the temperature sensor be bad?
Also, have you looked up at radiator front, is there debris on the radiator? If not, have you blown air or water from the engine side to clean it out (you can remove the top radiator cover to see if material is between air conditioner coil and radiator).
The radiator is brand new so it is clean. I also cleaned the condenser. I changed the temp sensor as well. I did notice the pcm to be hot to the touch the other day. But i had no codes on scan tool!

What he said... Check for bubbles in the tank while the car is overheating. You've certainly thrown a lot of parts at this thing to still be having problems...

I think what he meant to ask you was not about the radiator being clean, rather the condensor. The air coming in goes through it first, before getting to the radiator and its what catches the bugs, rocks, bags and etc... It really does need to be washed out. Usually what we hear is the temps rising at idle and going down while driving. The fans shut off at something like 35 MPH or should....otherwise they will interfere with the air-flow coming in. Maybe they aren't shutting off? No clue how to test unless you wire up a light into the cockpit. So you have no leaks, yet overheat. Usually an issue with air trapped in there and there is a procedure for burping it although I don't know what it is. If a head gasket is blown, you'll most likely see bubbles in the coolant pressure tank and/or hissing out the radiator cap or tank.
Radiator (reservoir) cap? If you have a leak there it would cause an overheat situation and you would not necessarily see it. I didn't see you mention it.
And wouldn't a head gasket make your oil look milky?

It would not show in the oil if it blew between the cylinder and a water jacket. If it blows into an oil passage and connects the water jacket into the oil passage, then yes, it would turn the oil milky.
If you "burped" the hell out of it.....are you absolutely sure that the new t-stat is good. Had a similar problem with a tstat....two new ones were defective. Three was a charm. Test them first in a pan of boiling water and see...1. if they open and 2. at what temp.

I'm not sure if this would happen on a Vette but I have had it happen on two other cars: I've had an air pocket displace the coolant and had to incline the entire car to get it out. If you have this problem, find a steep hill to drive up, check you fluid level afterwards.
