Just what was included in the $800 quote ? Is your car an A4 or Manual ? That price seems way out of line to me ----
I took my Silverado 4WD into the dealer for the 50K full fluid change, coolant, etc. They wanted over $900 and I told them to forget it. Took it to the local Firestone store and they changed coolant, oil, lube, tranny and both differentials, and transfer case for $470. Shop the service around or do it yourself.

the quote included fuel system, tranny, coolant, diff, oil change, lube, and inspection.
I would do most of this stuff myself, but being in the military I dont really have the free time I would like to dedicate to servicing my car.
