back side lamp/door panel lamp??

Default back side lamp/door panel lamp??
Hi All, i have searched for almost 2hours to find replacement info for these markers. I have a 2000 coupe and one of the back ones does not work and neither door panel lights work???? Do the lens pop off ? How do i get to them?? Thank you. The manual shows a 194 bulb for the year.

Take out the outer tail lamp to get to the sidemarker. Door panel REFLECTOR does not light up.
