Its pretty easy. I got mad at mine and broke all the plastic ones. It didnt really help any but made me feel better. There isnt really much to say as far as what to do.

Do you lift the rear of the car up and take them both off at once or take of one of the wheels and do one at a time??

I only had to take the front wheels off. I left the rears on whild I did the swap and just jacked the car up.

Thanks for the quick replies, I guess it's safe to say these end links aren't under any pressure that was my only concern, if I was to lift the rear was it going to put a load on the end links or lift the front was it going to put a load on them.?

The endlinks aren't under pressure but the sway bar will move some after you disconnect them. I did mine one at a time to limit the movement of the bar. I put my car on ramps and used the jack to support the a arm to make removal a little easier.

You might want to replace the sway bar bushings at the same time. An easy job.

I might sell you mine because I'm looking at installing adjustable links. Mine are the factory metal links. Car is a garage queen with less that 30K miles

Either lift both sides or leave both sides under load. If you lift one side so it's hanging and the other side is still on the ground then the links would likely be under load.

So you are saying they came from the factory, with metal endlinks in the front, and plastic in the rear ??

I have seen some odd stuff but not sure about that. My 01 had 4 plastic links on it.... I did a
C6 Z51 bar swap on a late 04 and it had a C6 rear sway bar on it.......
