My update: I sold my car back in February but I was completely satisfied with my QA1s. I just couldn't justify the more expensive Pfadts. However, last year I did run across a set of used rear Pfadts on the forum. After thinking about it and getting the input of other forum members I bought the used Pfadts. I swapped them out and sold the rear QA1s to a guy who wanted a better launch on the strip. I have discovered that the drag guys prefer the QA1s.
My goal in adding coilovers was to lower my car and improve the ride quality (of a lowered car). Plus my F45 shocks were dead. I used a GM TechII device to delete the F45 feature and to avoid having any codes popping up after removing the stock shocks.
The QA1s fit my budget. They were also perfect for lowering my car and keeping a fairly comfortable ride. If I hadn't come across the used Pfadts I would have been fine keeping the QA1s. I just couldn't resist the price and opportunity. One last note, the Pfadts did allow me to drop the car a tad lower than the QA1s.
I'm not the best historian at this point but as i think about it a few numbers come to my mind. In terms of ride height, the front QA1s were much more adjustable. But to maintain the a quarter inch rake between the front and back of the car I had to limit the how much I lowered the front.
There are a couple if different places to do measurement (i.e., finder to floor, finder to top of wheel...). I'll used finder to floor for this discussion. The rear QA1s (based on my limited memory) would go to about 26 3/4". So I only took the fronts to ~26 1/2" to maintain the rake. The rear Pfadts allowed me to get closer to 26 1/2" and therefore gave me room to push the front QA1s in to the high 25" range.
You might look at some of dee tee's posts. He documented some measurement when he first installed his QA1s.

Early 2015 I bought a set of QA1 coilovers from a forum member for my 2003 Z06. Single adjustable, 550lb springs front & back. Never installed.
Approx. 5000 miles on them.
I've done many other mods (heads, cam, intake, etc) and now deciding on installing the QA1's.
Currently stock suspension with bilsteins, lowered a bit, low mileage. Pleasure street driven only.
Still on the fence about installing them, not sure if I'd be satisfied after the change.
