how do u remove the instruments , gauges, from an 04 vette. i see u have to remove the radio benzel part of the consoul but how do u get the rest out...im stumped, i want to put the rings around my cluster gauges. how hard is it to take the assembly apart to do this after i get the assembly out. thanks u guys are great

did u make this walkthrough yourself? thanks so much very accurate, and the towel thing was an awsome idea, i could have figured it out but i thought ide ask to save some time and headhachs. and no thanks to the guy who told me to google. ah it sent me back here, go figure thanks for the info and some people should just keep there little help hints to themselves if they dont have the real answer, ya think?

Guess you have problems reading.....I didn't tell you to google....and provided a link for the task you were looking for......guess you missed that in post #2........

Attacking one of the most respected and knowledgeable members of the forum for saying (in fewer words) that google could have found the information you're looking for, and then LEADING you directly to a page which provides what you wanted (more than I would have done) is not a good way to start on this (any!) board.
I recommend you actually READ every word of a reply to a thread of yours.
my bad, no problem reading but the way it looked i took it to go look on google. which i had and now u know the rest of the story, thank you for the thread, i just did not see it below, kina new on this site and still learning, however i do thank you and all who help on this forum. im a old school mechanic, learning new school tech, so this forum and others really helps, 38 years doing mods and my own wrenching doesnt help on some of this new stuff, not this task but others, efi and computer stuff. have a good weekend, michael.
