Instrument Cluster Driver Information Display Switch
1998 Coupe, no HUD. My problem started with the KM/MPH jumping jumping between without a button being pushed. I could push the button and put it back to mph. Then the reset stopped working and now all the buttons do not work. Then KM/MPH has been stable now in mph but I cannot use any buttons, nothing happens when any are pushed. I cannot get fault codes without them. My display works and instruments work fine. I get the oil, low windshield fluid, gas warnings but cannot reset them. How can I find out if it is just the Instrument Cluster Driver Information Display Switch or an Instrument Cluster fault? Hoping I can just replace the Driver Information Display Switch. I have seen earlier posts about the bouncing KM/MPH trouble but without a conclusion. Thanks for any help with this.
