Re: Any tips on how to install speed bleeders? (SFYellow)
1. Use a 10mm wrench to loosen the old bleeder valve.
2. Remove the old valve by hand.
3. Hand-thread the new valve in place
4. Bleed the caliper
5. Tighten using a 10mm wrench (or socket - my bleeders are partially rounded and can only be removed with a deep-throat 10mm socket).
Order is RR-LR-RF-LF, or in order of distance from the reservoir.
Re: Any tips on how to install speed bleeders? (SFYellow)
The instructions I received said to beware of overtightening as this may strip the threads off the bleeder valves (better than stripping the threads out of the caliper).
I found that I still had to tighten them down pretty well to keep from getting a little leakage when the fluid gets hot.

Mine are 3/8 stock as it was cheaper than 10 MM stock so check which one you have. Also keep the stock ones in the car as spares incase  They work good :chevy
