Default Clutch Line Length

Does anyone know the length of the Clutch line that attaches from the Master Cylinder to the C5 Corvette fitting on the Slave Cylinder?

I am making a custom line and uping the volumn that can be flown to the Slave.

Thank you,

Anthony D.

Do you plan on increasing the size of the orifice on the master and slave as well? Any custom work to the slave, to increase the surface area the fluid acts on?

I am changing to a Tilton 1" bore Master and running -4AN fittings and line, also changing the fittings on the Slave to a -4AN, including the bleeder. Other than that I dont think I will be doing any other modifications to the Slave, I have a friend who did pretty much the same set up only with a 7/8" bore in his 240sx/LS1 swap and is running the same clutch set up I just purchased. So to answer your final question Lucky, No custom work to change the surface area the fluid is acting on. Any ideas or thoughts about this?

the goal is to find out if anyone knows the length of the stock clutch line, thats honestly all I need to know right now, the larger line set up is to promote less break down of clutch fluid, i dont want the pedal to get stuck or the fluid to heat up too much and damage the slave or anything so that I destroy the twin disc that I am installing.

I just re-read that, and that sounded kind of rude, I apologize, I did not intend for that to come off that way.

If you were to straighten the kinks out of the stock line it would come to 26".
