Man those look really nice. You fooled me, I was going to run in this thread and throw up a BS flag...JK :lol: Really though...those look like there is some serious quality.
My roommate has a 98 Trans Am with bolt ons. When he added MAC full length headers with new cats he picked up 50rwhp @6200 right before the fuel cutoff. Peak gain was like 25-30rwhp at around 6000 though. We were really impressed.
Have you noticed any extra heat in the compartment? Did you consider putting insulation while the exhaust was apart?
I haven't notice any differance in regards to heat inside the car. The ceramic coating I believe is suppossed to help keep heat inside the pipe without as much absorpsion and transfer which would radiate into the passanger compartment. I'll know a lot more this summer when it's 103 degrees out. :yesnod:
I will be installing my FLP's this weekend. I called FLP and asked them if I needed to install any heat shield and their response was "no." They are of the opinion that the ceramic coating (inner/outer surfaces) is sufficient. Like all things, time will tell. Will go with their word on the initial install. Will also post before and after dyno numbers.

Are they supposed to come w/ O2 simms ? I can't find mine if they do :(
I was told they did, but I did not recieve them as well. When I called FLP they said they did not think I would need them, but without the cats I got codes for both bank1 and bank2 catelitic converter error. I was told they would be sent to me, I am awaiting conformation that they have been sent.
