Codes PO200 and Po305
Just replaced the bottom portion of the engine. Top electronics worked fine with previous engine. Now throwing 200 and 305. My code reader shows misfire on 5. I examined plug, changed spark plug wire, and reseated injector. Still the same.
Any ideas?

The codes are telling you it's #5 cylinder, and particularly, the injector circuit. Inspect the wiring to the injector harness on the left bank, paying close attention to where the harness usually rubs on bracket(left rear of intake).
