Default C5 Overheating

I have a silver C5 with 75k miles on it. Earlier in the week I got the OVER COOLANT TEMP message or whatever it says. Got the car back to the house and the overflow tank was leaking from the bottom. Replaced it and some hoses. No leaks. Now the gauge goes back up and the same thing happens. Thermostat works I believe, the fans are coming on as usual. Like I said, no coolant leaks. Flushed radiatior. Could it be the coolant temp sensor? Are there ways to check that? Any ideas? This is the first time I've ever had a problem with the cooling system. Thanks to anyone who can help. -Chris

ALSO: Right headlight won't go up. I know how to replace the motor/gears in it, I've done it before. My problem is I can't get the headlight to come up manually. Any ideas?

Alright, checked the radiator. It looked pretty clean. It was better than I would have thought. My fans have been kicking in at 235 is that not normal? Ill check the stat tomorrow. Thanks. -Chris

Anyone have any ideas why I can't manually get my headlight to go up??

On the headlight... possbly no good teeth next to the worm gear. Try pulling the headlight up while turning the motor manually.
