clutch switch

Hi. my check engine came on and auto zone checked it and it says clutch switch circut failure. Anybody have this problem and is it just a matter of changing the switch? Thanks

Well I replaced the switch and no luck still has check engine light,so i'm open for some ideas. I'm LOST

Code came back on and heres the number p0704 hc. Clutch switch circut. Already replaced the switch and code came back on so help me please. Thanks

How do you adjust? I do have a tick master cylinder.

The upper switch gets triggered when the clutch pedal is at the top of its travel. If the pedal itself is set lower than factory with our master you will have to screw the switch down in order for it to make contact with the pedal again. Its pretty easy, just unplug the wire...screw the switch down until its piston is pressed in good, then plug the wire back up.
