Dash/instrument lights....
Has any every replaced the ballast for the dash lights? It appears the light are fluorescent or some thing similar that takes a high voltage power supply. Mine keep flashing on and off.....I don't think it is the multi-switch as the tail lights are not having any issues.
Just curious if there is a fix for the ballast or if it can be purchased separate from the whole cluster.

I assume you checked for a loose connection?
You'll probablt have to buy a used cluster and R&R the power supply for the UV tubes. It's the large silver box on the back of the IPC.

Yes, I checked everything. I has to be the power supply. I have already removed it and opened it up, hoping to find a loose connection or bad solder joint, but so far...nothing. I was hoping to find just the power supply somewhere. It has Toshiba markings on it....

They don't sell the background illumination systems by themselves, only the entire IP Cluster as an assembly. Now you could go a recycler and buy it from them.
