Check the auction site for a 2004-06 GTO donut spare.
The GTO donut would be your Best bet, if you really want one.
A good plug set and 12v compressor is all you really need.
You can some time air the tire with the compressor and have enough time to take it to a shop or locate a save place to plug the tire.
Doesn't work well for large holes or slashed tires.
Whenever this question comes up I wonder, has the OP considered where to put the full size flat tire you are planning to take off when it goes flat? Also, you're going to need a jack, too. Where are you carrying that? Just get a kit to repair a tire and an AAA card if you can't. I won't mention the cell phone because I don't think there are many people who don't have one nowadays. Also, I've just seen that Slime makes an instant flat fix that is safe for tire sensors, couldn't hurt to carry that too. Walmart carries Slime products.
??? Where are you going to put a spare?? Doubt the rear will work on the front without rubbing.
I don't know about you but I have a large wheel well in the trunk and I already have AAA and a plug kit just like to be prepared, I have a 17" spare under the C3.

I had spares under my C3's too, ever TRY to use them?? Ever try to get the FLAT back in the holder and back under the car-IT'S A JOKE. False sense of security. That's why I stick with runflats.
