A4 Transmission question

Nothing really - they are both 4L60E tranny's and basically are the same!
Now in 2005 (last of the A4's) they went with the 4L65E tranny a little beefier to handle the extra HP of the stock LS2's
If you want to upgrade then go with RPM Transmissions and buy one of theirs and you will be rock solid and a good price at that
