Quick help, won't start
Need some quick help....no time to seach forum for hours.
Car had not been driven for a while. Started it up...a bit weak but it started. Pulled it out and washed it. While doing the interior I hear a noise like an electric motor running or something. No key in and everything should have been off. Tracked noise to pass. footwell. Pulled covers and the noise was coming from the fuse box. Noise went on and off a few times. Tried to start car and nothing. Tried to jump it and nothing. I assume a fuse or something......any ideas?? Gotta be somewhere soon and wanted to take the vette...

Hello,
In the passenger footwell area there are wires that come together and have clips on them..can't remember exactly what their called. I think their gray??? Anyway, one of them may have become loose....crimp them tight! I used zip ties to crimp mine as one became loose once and the car would not start. Hope I helped some and did not confuse you any more.....

I just read another tread and someone posted my exact problem but no solution. I think it is a securtiy issue. The security light flashes and dings. When you turn the key it makes a clicking sound in the pass footwell. Anyone know anything about this?
