Where do I buy a Snap-on Tool?
I've heard buying from a local dealer is cheaper than from Snap-On Online. But how do I find a "local dealer"? They just drive around on trucks all day long, dont they?
I'm in No. Calif.

Best way to do it is to go to your local shop and ask them when the snap on guy comes by. They usually come by at specific times.
Good Luck,

I called the local Snap-On warehouse. They asked what part of town I was in and gave me the names of two salesmen in my area.
I also bought my two Snap-On torque wrenches on ebay for about half what the new ones would have cost.

I have bought some tools over E-Bay with good results.
When I first read your thread I thought you were looking for "a Strap -on Tool"

It took over a month to get a 3/8 inch Snap-on ratchet replaced. I like there tools, but there warranty policy is not something I can live with.
